This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between EMPOWER LEGAL (“Website”) and the individual seeking legal advice (“Client”) for the purpose of seeking legal advice from the Website. The Client agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Communications Recording: The Client acknowledges and agrees that all communications between the Client and the Website, including but not limited to phone calls, chats, and emails, may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes. The recordings will be used solely by the Website and its team members.
2. Non-Admissibility in Court: The Client understands and agrees that any advice or opinions provided by the Website are not intended for use as evidence or quoted in court. The Client shall not rely on any advice received from the Website as legal representation or as evidence in any legal proceeding.
3. Voluntary Consultation: The Client represents that they are seeking legal advice from the Website on their own free will and have not been solicited by any team member of EMPOWER LEGAL. The Website does not engage in unsolicited communication or solicitation for legal advice.
4. Data Collection: The Client acknowledges and agrees that any information provided to the Website may be used to collect data and trends for analysis and improvement of services. The Client’s personal information will be handled in accordance with the Website’s privacy policy.
5. No Liability: The Client understands and agrees that the Website and its team members shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred as a result of the Client’s reliance on the advice or opinions provided by the Website. The Client assumes full responsibility for any actions taken based on such advice or opinions.
6. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Website is operated.
By seeking legal advice from the Website, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement
