Welcome to our new website “EMPOWER LEGAL” dedicated to raising awareness about laws that can empower the Common People in India. This platform aims to empower individuals, organizations, and communities by providing accessible information on common laws that promote equality and social justice. Through this initiative, we seek to bridge the awareness gap and catalyze change towards a more inclusive society.
EMPOWER LEGAL is the brainchild of Anoushka Singh, who believes that change begins with awareness, and we can build a more inclusive and equitable society by empowering individuals, communities, and society members dealing with disparities, with knowledge of common laws and assisting them with understanding how to leverage those to enable themselves.

Col Balbir Singh is a third-generation army officer. An alumnus of, Sherwood College Nainital, National Defence Academy, Pune ... the Defence Services Staff college, Wellington and IIM-Ahmedabad. He was Commissioned into the Armoured Corps and he served with distinction for over two decades with the Indian Army. After taking voluntary retirement Col Balbir qualifies as Social Entrepreneur, since all his work is now focused on social sectors. He has been Head of Operations of Emergency Response Service in Rajasthan (108 Ambulance Services) with Satyam and then GVK Group, Chief Operations Officer with Vivo Health Services and Principal -Training and Development, At Security Sector Skill Development Council (part of National Skill Development Council). He is a Trustee and Director of a CBSE affiliated residential School, Hayde Heritage Academy, Kotdwara (Uttarakhand) He is a mentor and Senior Policy Advisor at Digital Times, which is a cyber security online magazine. He practices law at District level courts and authorities in respect of all real estate related matters before the Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Real Estate Appellate Tribunal, Labour Disputes, National Consumer Commission, State Consumer Commission and Distt. Consumer Commission and criminal matters at Punjab and Haryana High Court at Chandigarh and at Distt. Courts, Gurugram. Mr Ishwar Singh Sangwan does a lot of pro bono work and is very approachable by all, he has clients from all strata of society and understands the issues affecting the common man and society having himself risen from the roots. Advocate Anoushka Singh
Anoushka Singh is an Alumnus of TSRS, Moulsari Gurgaon and a double honors law graduate from Mahrashtra National Law University, Mumbai. Academically and professionally Anoushka has interest in the Banking and Finance Sector and works with one of the top Banking and Finance Teams of India. She believes that the impact of a lawyer is much beyond traditional legal services. By engaging in broader initiatives, she aims to contribute to a fairer and more inclusive society.
